Solvinity's 92% customer satisfaction score in the Infrastructure Management category is impressive, as it received one of the highest number of responses among the companies reviewed. In total, 38 organizations shared their experiences with the service provider. In this category, Solvinity also had no fewer than seven 'Superfans': loyal customers that would certainly recommend the company.
In its annual report, research agency Giarte compares the performance and reputation of service providers in the Netherlands. Solvinity presents itself as an IT sourcing organization for critical infrastructures, with a special focus on security.
New category: End User Management
This year, Solvinity is also featured in the End User Management category of the report. Frank van den Belt, Solvinity's CEO, comments: "Customers are increasingly interested in looking beyond simply hosting data and applications, and are using the workspace as a window through which users gain access to these data and applications. That was the reason behind our decision to enter this category as well." Although the number of responses for this category (seven customers) is not yet very high, Solvinity scores well right from the offset. Six of the seven customers would probably recommend Solvinity to others, and Solvinity already has two Superfans in this category, who praise the communication with the company in particular. Customers with the way Solvinity listens to feedback and acts upon it. "Solvinity is easy to approach and communicate with. Furthermore, increasing the scope of services is managed very well as are implementing improvements during the term of the contract, which further increases the quality of their services."
Customers are very satisfied with the organization's reliability, level of knowledge, and understanding of customers. “Solvinity is open to feedback and the customer's interests come first.” Based on input from customers in previous surveys, Solvinity has set up customer teams, where fixed teams are allocated a fixed set of customers.
This year, Solvinity again sees the results of the survey as an opportunity to further improve its services. Van den Belt comments, "We will work on our delivery model, making it more unified. We’ll also intensify our collaboration with customer teams and become more proactive when it comes to closing the gap between business and IT, so that business needs can be matched with IT opportunities."
