Solvinity has appointed Marc Guardiola as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Martin Maas as Data Protection Officer (DPO). Both have been working for the company for a number of years in various, security focused, roles.
Marc has a broad experience in ICT architecting and engineering as well as outstanding certifications on ICT security. In his responsibility for the information and cybersecurity strategy of Solvinity, he will ensure that customers of Solvinity are provided with secure hosting and outsourcing services.
Next to his current role as Compliance Officer, Martin will act as our Data Protection Officer (DPO). Martin has a broad knowledge of and experience in engineering and compliancy within the industry. He will be responsible for independent monitoring and advise on correct and accurate handling of personal data according to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Solvinity will include GDPR compliancy next to its efforts to be compliant with ISAE3402 and SOC2 as well as the various ISO certifications of Solvinity.
