Solvinity Seeks Court Clarity on Prohibition Order
Solvinity, together with its majority shareholder, has filed for summary proceedings against the prohibition order issued by the State Secretary of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy on May 25, 2026.
We take the concerns raised by the government seriously. At the same time, we need clarity on the factual and legal basis of the order. Only with that clarity can we – together with the government – take well-considered next steps toward the best possible outcome for Solvinity.
Solvinity and its stakeholders require certainty about the future of the company, including our more than 300 employees and the government clients who rely on us.
We remain committed at all times to an open and constructive dialogue with the government about Solvinity’s future.
Solvinity will provide more extensive communication at a later date.
