Appointment Jay Katzen as executive chairman and co-director

We are excited to announce the appointment of Jay Katzen as executive chairman and co-director of Solvinity effective June 1, 2023. Hans van den Broek (CEO) and Jay Katzen jointly represent the formal board of Solvinity. 

With his extensive experience, Jay will join Solvinity’s management team and contribute to the company’s strategic initiatives in secure managed IT and digital transformation. In this role, Jay will mainly focus on value creation and increasing efficiency in the way Solvinity’s services are delivered.
