Giarte IT-Xperience report 2021

On July 1st, Giarte published its IT-Xperience report 2021. In the dynamic, rapidly changing it-services market, the results of this survey are never predictable, yet always educational. Solvinity has maintained the good scores in the field of Managed Services and scored a nice 7.8 for Managed Security. Our customers recognize and appreciate our efforts for customer focus, with special attention for it craftsmanship, communication and empathy.

It is our ambition to support our customers with their digital transformation. In the world of IT, these projects are the most crucial and difficult ones. The Giarte survey shows us that customer experience, expectations and reality do not always match. We have learned that apart from the technological transformation, we need to focus on the underlying business goals and act as a guide for customers on their path towards the new situation.
